The Sauvignon Blanc is to be consumed young within the first 2 years after harvest.
Produced on the territories of Oisly, the terroir provides aromatic and fruity wines with tastes of agrumes, dry but easy and floral. It accompanies seafoods, spargus and cheeses - especially goat cheeses.
This Sauvignon blanc of Château de la Presle can be compared, say the New-Zealand press, with New-Zealandese wines with a "French Touch" or with a 'mini-Sancerre'.
